Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Inc., which owns the trademark for the supplement Dianabol, and Dynamic Sports Nutrition LLC, which makes a product called D-Anabol 25, presented a preliminary settlement in court on Monday, according to court records. Hi-Tech had filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Dynamic Sports and its owner Brian Clapp in a lawsuit that opened on Thursday.

Jurors were sent home on Monday after the settlement was announced.
